The Dirt HQ Aluminum Fender Armor for Jeep JK is exactly what you need to protect the thin sheet metal of the JK fender while still retaining fender flares. Designed, Engineered, and Manufactured right here in the U.S.A. 

Design

Armor was designed in CAD and then fit was verified on a real-world jeep through various rounds of prototyping to ensure perfect fit and finish striking the balance of dimensional accuracy of using CAD software and the small variances and installation hurdles found when testing on real jeeps to ensure the best possible fit and installation experience.

Manufacturing

Armor is Laser Cut out of Aluminum for light-weight, strength, and corrosion resistance. All holes countersunk for smooth finish across jeep with no protruding hardware. Then, armor is formed to match the contour of the fender where the surface twists towards the front. Stainless steel countersunk hardware included. Zinc Coated low profile Nutserts for corrosion resistance also included.

Armor is shipped bare aluminum and may require some finishing work before being painted or powder coated. Stickers are obviously included. A world where stickers don't come with parts is a world we want no part in.

Height is set to match our Dirt HQ aluminum rocker armor. The choice to leave bottom holes blank available to allow customer to trim to match another brand's rocker height is available.
