The Dirt HQ Aluminum Half Door Armor for the Jeep JKU is exactly what you need if you want to enjoy the fit, finish, clean look, and features of the Mopar OEM half doors without the worry of damaging the Sheetmetal. Designed, Engineered, and Manufactured right here in the U.S.A. At less than 20lbs per door and with clearance notches for the hinges taking the doors off is still just as easy.

Design

Armor was designed in CAD and then fit was verified on a real-world jeep through various rounds of prototyping to ensure perfect fit and finish striking the balance of dimensional accuracy of using CAD software and the small variances and installation hurdles found when testing on real jeeps to ensure the best possible fit and installation experience.

Manufacturing

Armor is Laser Cut out of Aluminum for light-weight, strength, and corrosion resistance. All holes countersunk for smooth finish across jeep with no protruding hardware. Stainless steel countersunk hardware included. Zinc Coated low profile Nutserts for corrosion resistance also included

Armor is shipped bare aluminum and may require some finishing work before being painted or powder coated. Stickers are obviously included. A world where stickers don't come with parts is a world we want no part in.
